Pre-order products

Do you want a product that is sold out or not in our assortment at the moment? You can place a pre-order by sending a pm on instagram (@thestampstop) or through the contact option on the website. Beware: to assign and reserve your pre-order, you need to have an account on our webshop.

We will keep you updated through our newsletters on shipping times for pre-orders, so be sure to subscribe (check your spam folder and mark it as non spam). We will also inform you through our instagram on shipping times for pre-orders. So be sure to follow: instagram.com/thestampstop

Products that are ordered as a pre-order will be shipped the next workday (Mon-Fri) after we have received the products from our supplier. The delivery time is variable cause we rely on parcel services and our supplier. So please be patient with us.

When does your order get shipped?

We understand you want your order as fast as possible to get crafty. For products that are in stock:

  • Order on workdays (Mon-Fri) that are placed before 12.00, will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders that are placed in the weekend (Sat-Sun) will be shipped on Monday at the latest. 
  • If it will take longer, we will let you know

Parcel services

  • For orders within the Netherlands we use PostNL.
  • For international orders we use PostNL

Tracking order

We send you a track and trace number to follow your order.

Shipping costs

  • For shipping orders to the Netherlands €4,25 for packages below 2kg, €6,95 for packages above 2kg  
  • For shipping international orders, the prices vary per country. Check your shopping cart to see the shipping price for your order, it will calculate it based on weight and country.

Prices and taxes

For orders outside of the EU, you will be required to pay VAT and import costs locally. Prices shown during checkout will not include these costs which are incurred locally by your country's customs. As a buyer these costs are your responsibility, and these cost will not be paid by TheStampStop. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Per the 1st of July 2021, VAT regulations require us to apply VAT to all orders. We are therefore required to apply the VAT rates of the country of the recipient (this is usually the country you live in).

All prices during checkout reflect the VAT rate of your country. However, browser settings may cause prices to no display properly. To ensure the correct prices are shown, please visit our website with cookies enabled and do not make use of the browser's incognito mode or a VPN connection.
